Out of Season Greens?
Yes, I planted these greens last spring shortly after planting my 'maters. I think it's wierd that thes survived the hard freeze we had here in Louisiana a few months ago, and the cold we've been experiencing lately. Too bad I only have these two plants, because after they cook down there's really nothing left worth eating; especially in only 2 plants.
Any ideas you ight have on how to use such a small amount of greens would be appreciated.
I'd like to wish all you gardeners out there the best of luck this growing season.
