Are Foreign troops stationed in America today?

I just read an alarming article concerning a conspiracy that has been coming to fruition for well over 200 years. It’s culmination it is said will leave many Christians headless, and many want to be Christians denouncing their faith so they can keep their own heads.

I’ve got a question for anyone who reads this post:

Have you witnessed any foreign military types here in the USA? What to look for:

Groups of people numbering 30 or more wearing similar attire, meeting regularly, speaking a foreign language, not aquainting themselves or mingling with Americans.

It is said that foreign troops are on our soil now because when it hits the fan, our own troops probably wouldn’t fire on citizens, even if ordered.

Foreign troops, however just might. UN Troops that, under the current guise of FEMA, can be deployed to impose martial law on all Americans, as allowed by a presidential directive (decree).

The facts this article gives aren’t even what I’m speaking of though. I’m talking about a directive that was instituted in the past few years, by president Bush Jr., not back in the ‘80’s or ‘90’s.
