The 2nd Annual Bawcomville Redneck Christmas Parade was a success. People from near and far lined the parade route to witness, gasp and laugh at the many “interesting” redneck float-like creations that passed bye.
The parade, an event organized to provide Christmas toys to disadvantaged Bawcomville children, left Riser Middle School’s parking lot shortly after 10 a.m. Saturday, and took almost an hour to complete.
The unusual theme of the parade seems to garner broad support from around the state, and spurs rednecks from all walks of life to participate.
