Uncle Dan's Sweatin' Chicken Dip

The following 2 recipes are mainly for my nephew, Tyler, in upstate, New York.

This dip condiment is for chicken cooked any way you desire.

I’ve made as much as 1 cup of the dip and actually baked my seasoned chicken (legs, wings, thighs and breasts.) right in it.

Then when the chicken is almost done, after cooking about 1.5 hours I’d remove the voil from the chicken pan, baste then cook for 15 more minutes.

I’d also make another portion of the dipping sauce for actual dipping..

I suggest simply making the dipping sauce and give it a try with baked crispy skinned chicken.

Ingredients you’ll need (note amounts are approximate

Some hot sauce (Louisiana Supreme is my favorite):
around half a bottle. or about half a cup

Some Italian Salad Dressing (I like Wishbone):
about 2 table spoons

Some Wochershire sauce (you know what I mean):
about 4 drips

Some honey: about 1 tablespoon

Some margarine: about 2 tablespoons

So, all you have to do is mix the ingredients in a microwave safe container, or small pan and heat until warm. If you think it’s too hot, had more margarine. If not spicy enough, add more hot sauce.

Hot wing recipe

1 bottle of Louisiana Supreme hot pepper sauce and some margarine.

Cook your wings.

Then in a pan on the stove, or in a microwavable bowl in the microwave, Heat A little more than half your hot sauce and about 2 tablespoons of margarine. When hot, taste. If too spicy, add more margarine. If too weak, add more hot sauce.
