NJ Governor Christi Commutes Wrongful Firearms Conviction

NJ Governor Christie commuted the sentence of a man wrongfully convicted of gun violations.

Thank you Gov Christie! In my Opinion, the Judge in the case should actually be charged with a crime, or disbarred for disallowing pertinent evidence in the case.


Our government is going way too far with illegal searches and seizures.


My question now is, did the young man get his firearms back?  They should be returned to him with a nice payment from the district that convicted him.


In this nation, we have the right to keep and bear arms! The second amendment is clear. …”the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.” Now, tell me under what rule did the local law enforcement have to arrest this man?  The court was in violation of the 2nd ammendment, and the police who arrested this man violated the man's right to liberty and his persuit of happiness.


Thank you Gov. Christie for making a stand. We need more people like you in public offices.
