Where Would We Be Without our Moms?

Muscle Mom
I have discovered over the years just how important my mom is, so I can say with conviction that moms in general are superheros.

They love with the purest love imaginable' a love that asks nothing in return and this is the only love I've known to which this can be said.

A mom's love is like air that surrounds us, and though we can't see it, if we stop and pay attention, we can feel it.

A mom's love leaves them open to be hurt in the worst way, and if 'the way' happens she'll remain silent; weeping in private.

A mom's love can prop up a dad and help him love more, and can instill a sence of 'the golden rule' in the children.

A mom's love Can't be shaken, though an earthquake destroys all around, mom's love remains.

I love my mom. I live in her memory as a baby playing in the crib, a boy climbing trees in the yard, and a man leaving for the army and moving away. She often reminds me, though I need no reminding, I mean so much to her as words can't express.

So mom, thanks for being strong over the years, a super hero of sorts, a muscle mom, and mine.
