I surely do not wish to offend anyone with some of the words I'm about to put down, so if my beliefs tend to clash with yours, forgive me, I have earnestly tried to use words that aren't exactly what I mean. This way, I won't expect you to understand my point of view.
I'm not going to be a chauvinist and suggest that women should continue to be banned from particular positions they wish to hold in the United States Military, nor am I going to suggest that some women are currently working in capacities for which they should not. I don’t have to, since nature seems to be doing a good enough job. Unfortunately, the laws of nature, which politically correct do-gooders like to vilify people who suggesting we follow, are being either attacked, or ignored.
One of the political correctness violations is Nature made man and woman differently! As difficult as this concept is for society and our culture to believe these days, I promise it's true; obvious right? To most of us yes, this is obvious and since most of us could conjecture about the conveniences/inconveniences doled out to each gender, and Considering the physical design and emotional make-up's of men and women, don’t you think it would be to our advantage as a society to respect those differences instead of vilifying anyone who suggests they exist?
On one hand, for instance, nature has suggested that men are superior to women in math and science, as a whole. On the other hand, nature has suggested that women, as a whole seem to be superior to men in the language arts. Don’t hold these statements against me, since I’m only reiterating the natural trends as shown in the scores of ACT and SAT scores across the country.
Did nature make men physically stronger than women? Is it a coincidence that males were once thought of as the hunters, and women the gatherers? Isn’t the physical make-up of men more suited to harder more punishing manual labor? If the answer to these questions are yes, then it may only be a small leap to agreeing with statements like: Women are better suited for tasks that do not require allot of physical strength, or women, since they are much better at debating issues, are mentally and verbally more suited to raising and nurturing children. Doesn’t it sound like common sense that menstruating women, and women who are breast feeding are less suited for working outside the home?
In my life, I have observed situations exemplifying these points that nature has made. One such example occurred quite often while I was in the United States Army. As a member of a 3 person team, I was often left feeling angry and frustrated because the woman on my team often managed to have herself excused from our training exercises where we were required to spend time sleeping in the woods. It seemed she quite often had what we were told were “female problems”. Her problems became my problems because our teams needed that third person in order to be most efficient, and most effective. Unfortunately, my team wasn’t the only one to experience this phenomenon.
In addition, I can’t tell you how many times I have had to drop what I was doing because a female couldn’t lift something that wasn’t really all that heavy. Hence, it’s not completely unjustified to suggest that women shouldn’t be in capacities where a moderate amount of physical strength is required. Please don’t be angry with me, it is not I who is making such an outrageous suggestion. I’m only pointing out what nature has made obvious, but we have chosen to ignore. Granted there are some women who possess more strength than some men, but they are, in all actuality, the exception to the rule.
I’m aware of the unpopular nature of these suggestions that nature has made, but being unpopular doesn’t make them any less justified. Fortunately, times have changed over the years and we no longer have to abide by the laws of nature. After all, nature’s laws are not laws anymore they are politically incorrect suggestions that are ignored with the rest of natures truths.
What are these other truths? One truth is that men and women were made only for each other. In fact, the bodies of males are made to interface with women, not other males. I however am not suggesting that there is anything wrong with homosexuality, since I really don’t have to. Do I? Hasn’t nature made a suggestion of its own with disease? I’m not sure, but when ever I give blood, the nurse asks me if I’ve engaged in any homosexual behaviors in the past year. Why is that?
Another of natures truths that we no longer feel inclined to obey is the truth that when a girl gets pregnant (barring any health complications) she’s going to have a baby. In this instance, nature has taken a back seat to “a woman’s right to choose death, on a whim. Justifiably, following the murderous-medical-procedure, most women feel a great sense of guilt. Why is that? Is it possible that nature is having a “say” in these cases too? If so, what do you think is being said here. I have my interpretation, but I’ll keep it to myself, and continue to let Nature do the talking for me.
These days, it would be politically incorrect for me to suggest that parents should be able to spank their children’s backsides at their discretion. What does nature suggest in this instance. It is quite possible that nature gave us emotions for a reason. So, it’s not far fetched to think Nature is suggesting we be allowed to act on them with measured responses. One of those emotions is anger, which gives mothers and fathers the resolve they need to provide their children with discipline.
Another emotion many parents feel is guilt following spanking their kids out of anger, this is nature’s way of ensuring children aren’t “abused”, and in the vast majority of families, corporal punishment is not abuse.
Over the past 20 years, however, it has become les and less popular to impose this form of punishment on our children so it should be no surprise that since children are not “afraid” of getting their “butts tore up”, they are getting into more and more trouble. Evidence of this is found all across America with communities needing to expand their juvenile detention facilities.
Nature is taking a course of action in each of these instances, showing us our errors, but she is not being taken seriously. Certainly, it should be easy to see that Nature is largely in disagreement with many of today’s excepted standards of living, but we as a society choose to look away. Taking this into account, it’s no wonder a chaotic order is prevailing over a natural order. Maybe one day when we decide its okay to back away from our progressive ideals, we’ll all realize nature is a force to be respected and choose to follow laws that have previously served us well.
